We have combined our experience as builders, clients, and owner's representatives in a forthcoming book entitled: "Renovate Smart: A Guide to Navigating Your Project."

Although the title suggests we focus on renovations, the frameworks we offer fit both renovations and new construction. As you will see in the book, we feel the key success factor in a stress free project is having a complete design and a good plan before construction begins. We offer up what makes a good design and a good plan, how these are used by the construction team and what roles you play in planning and participating in your project. In the book we also outline how to find a design firm that fits with your project and ways to work effectively with the design team. The book goes on to cover strategies for selecting a builder that fits both your project and personalities. We also offer ways to manage that working relationship throughout the sometimes stressful build process.
